Went to take my watch in for a battery replacement, was quoted £19.99 ! . I said no thank you and took it to a local independent jewellers who said £8 . So obviously said YES please.

Fixed my watch after trying lots of other jewelers.

Fuming. Charged £8 for a small key cut apparently that’s with a discount as my cousin works at a Timpsons and gave me his code to get a discount. My cousin has said that’s the starting price yet the guy behind the counter said that’s with 50% applied to the discount.

Avoiding this place at all costs now. I’ll go to another retailer.

Took watch in for new battery. Returned with Mother of Pearl face surround missing and part of winder also Mother of Pearl missing. Can even still see glue residue where they'd been removed. Also glass face scratched. Assistant denied all knowledge. Advised to report as stolen and to Timpsons HQ.
For a 'reputable' firm disgusted with service and damage to previously excellent condition watch with no faults or flaws.
No offer of compensation so far.

Great service on fixing my favorite boots, the man was so kind and helpful. (Morrissons in Ashton store) I'm planning on using him to fix all my shoes in the future, which should keep him busy due to being an outdoor worker. It's great when you find a parfect shoe repair service. I'm a great beleiver in repair and recycle and new to the area so very pleased to find a reasonably priced repairs and friendly worker to use for my future shoe disasters. Big thank you to the friendly chap who served me😊

Went to get small key made. Was going to be charged over 50% more than two shops I had used the day before. I could see a pound or more given its location in a shopping centre but charging £4 on top of the price for a small key is excessive. I’m saving my hard earned money and taking my business elsewhere. Sometimes location/convenience isn’t worth it.

The staff are very keen to help. They tried their best to refresh the look of my precious leather shoes. Thanks for your help.
