Went in to have the back of my watch put on as I was unable to do it myself. The man serving me immediately noticed it wouldnt close as the as it was slightly concave.

He was able to fix that issue and put the back onto my watch again in 2 minutes and saved me a huge headache of having to buy a new case!

Brilliant service, really nice fella and he very kindly fixed my watch for free!

I went to Timpsons looking to get my watch repaired. I was very lucky to be served by Syed who found the best solution for me whilst trying to keep the cost down. There are other Timpsons closer to my flat but I will be sure to make the trip to the putney store and recommend others to do so as well. Thanks Syed!

I went there for a watch repair and was served by Joe. 5/5 stars for him and his service - kind, knowledgeable and quick. If you ever plan to visit, look for him.

Agressive. I returned with a faulty key and staff got accusatory and defensive. When I insisted the key didn't work, he threw it at the counter so hard that it bounced up and hit me. I thought he would hit me before I managed to escape the shop.

I wouldn’t recommend this shop.
I had to visit the shop almost 5 times to cut my key which wasn’t working ended up not getting the key and half refund which is ridiculous.

friendly staff, great chat and fast service (strap pin for my watch has been replaced), will be back!

Man named joe in the Wandsworth shop helped me out with a pair of broken boots. Really helpful seemed like a great guy. Will be sending people there in the future.
