I was having a bit of an issue with my phone and as I was passing the shop I thought I would just ask on the off chance. It's not even something they actually deal with but he said 'let's have a look anyway ' with a push of a button it was sorted, making me look as thick as two short planks, but we'll worth it! Wanted to charge me £19.50 to put a new heel on a shoe , but there was no one there to do it as he was off. Went to a independent cobblers in heanor where I got 2 pairs heeled for£20 Nuff said.

Came into the Timpsons Eastwood, and I had an amazing employee by the name Matthew deal with my watch problem withing a couple of minutes. Get service and will do deffernatly be coming back for any other repairs in the future.
