Having tried another Timpsons to get a watch battery changes, but they could not get the back off I went to the one at Tescos. As the back would not come off he said I could leave it and he would call if he could do it. As promised he called some time later to say that he had managed to change it.
Returned to collect it, bought a lifetime guarantee. Extremely happy with the service.

Absolutely amazing customer service. I needed a plaque made with engraving to put on a friend's snooker cue case. I saw the gentleman working I believe his name was "z" "zee". He literally done it there and then for me and put it on the case for me. I had tried about 4 other timpsons and 2 other places and they were either to busy or disinterested. Great quality product but most of all his customer service was impeccable. You have helped me make someone very happy, thank you. I will definitely return and recommend you to everyone.

Friendly, courteous service and fast - done in 30 minutes while I had a coffee in Costa! (Obviously, if the shop happens to be very busy at time of drop-off such a quick turnaround may not be possible.) Quality of work - my boot heels went from scuffed and worn to brand-new again. What more could one ask for? Couldn't be more pleased.

Unfortunately they refused to cut a key fob blank I had as they say they will only sell me there own and cut that. They didn't have one and still refused to cut my own?
Went to shop in Three Bridges and they cut it for £7.50 without any fuss. I also wanted 4 x front door keys and 2 x back door keys. Their loss as I've now found a more reasonable key cutter.

Great help. The gentleman in there managed to engage a pendant for me making a gift complete. Very very good indeed and care about the customer. I qould recommend them to everyone.
