Having had a bad experience previously, i was reluctant to go back but noticed the woman was serving. What a difference she was amazing and helpful honest with timings. She also recommended other products to protect my shoes & boots, which i hadn't had before. Really pleased with the service i received. Thank you.

Absolutely stinking attitude on the girl that could be bothered to get off her phone all of 5 seconds to attempt to serve me today.
Her recommendation for fixing the heel on my shoe was to wear it as it was.
Won't be returning to timpsons for any more shoe repairs or dry cleaning!

Quick and easy, had to get my house key copied and was in there less than 4 minutes. Lovely staff member that served me.

Needed a watch battery which thankfully this company supplies and fits. The girl was quick and efficient though she didn't seem very friendly.

Went to have a watch battery replaced, £20!! £10 everywhere else and used “home bargain” batteries
The young girl was arrogant and not very friendly at all , even giving me attitude so wont be going back

The lady behind the desk was rude when I returned back to the shop as my key did not match the original, I was greeted by an eye roll and a sigh.

I left a woollen coat and a raincoat for dry cleaning on a Monday and was told they would probably take a week. However, I received a message on Wednesday afternoon to say that they were ready for pickup. My husband picked them up and when I opened the package the raincoat looked really creased, I thought that any dry cleaning was pressed as the final stage! I’ve had to try and get the creases out myself. Not impressed !
