Just been to get a new battery for my husbands key fob Tesne was delightful, polite, and very helpful.

Have used the various services at Timpsons on a few occasions. The staff are excellent: helpful and friendly and always give good advice.

Went to get a set of keys cut way back in October 2019. Easy enough to drop off before shopping, come out and collect keys before returning home.
Quick, easy and inexpensive. Keys worked fine, no stickiness or jamming like from some key cutters.

Polite and professional, got a euro lock key cut for £7, was an offer of two keys for £10.
