The two ladies who were on the shop floor were fantastic, both so helpful and really lovely to chat with. The selection of children's shoes/trainers is great and the whole shop is well set out with plenty of room to wander around. We will definitely be going back because it was such an easy experience with our little boy.

Lovely choice of sandals, shoes, boots etc. Have some good makes not just cheap and chearful.
But poor quality.
I paid £25 for a very pretty pair of sandals, memory insoles - the bottom started to fall off within 10 days. I took them back and they kindly replaced them - the same thing happened within a week. I glued them back on several times myself.
I did expect more for the price!
I have had others from there that have been very good though.

Couldn't find any schools shoes for my daughter priced below £12.99.
Compared to a place such as Asda which would have had a vast choice under £10 with similar quality.
This is not a place I would recommend for parents struggling to make ends meet.
Kids either grow out of school shoes or break them often needing more than one pair in a school year.
Shoe zone would benefit in having an under £10 boys and girls school shoe section instead of having shoes at the same price as the adults section

Twice I've been in this week looking for shoes and both occasions staff standing in a group chatting and laughing. No one came to see if I needed help. I even tried to get there attention and was ignored. You can see why people don't bother going in there. Disgusting customer services. 3 others walked out. It's like they go there to socialise not work.

My husband and I went into this Lincoln store this morning and were very surprised to walk past two members of staff, both leaning on shelves at the entrance, in conversation with one another. We were not greeted in any form even though we had to walk close past them and were the only customers in the store. We were totally ignored and not asked if we needed any help etc. I did go to ask for a shoehorn which one of the assistants supplied. We bought a pair of shoes and walked past the other member of staff who was still leaning over a shelf by the door. She ignored us and didn't even say a thank you or goodbye. This was very noticeable especially these days where all the shops are now geared up to offer good service. Are your staff trained or do they just get a job and left to it? It was extremely bad service we received in this store.

For a cheap shoe shop the prices were outrageous £80 for an old pair of sketchers there was no facilities for hand sanitizer at the entrance and not much of a til screen either and nobody sanitising the til area, won't be going back in a hurry sorry.

Friendly and helpful staff. Tidy and well stocked store with a range of budgets and brands.
