Amazing store and team. They were so helpful. Special thanks goes out the team for calling my son whilst having his shoes and feet measured and fitted.

I have problem feet, need orthotics and also have to wear a, support for my middle toes of one foot. Haven't been able to wear shoes since Dec 2018 due to problems with my toes and surgery on them. The manager was amazing. I need some flat, black court shoes for an event where sandals won't do. She went the extra mile - and some. Left with TWO pairs! Wonderful.

Awful shop. We went around 15:45 on Sunday when they close at 16:30. The 3 young ladies that work there all stood at the counter chatting and didn't offer us any assistance. We ended up measuring our son's feet ourselves. There was a poor choice of shoes in his size also. We wouldn't go again- the one in Blackpool is far better.

We went to get my daughter's feet measured for her first pair of shoes. We dealt with a lady with a bow in her hair (sorry didn't get a name) and she was so lovely! Thank you so much for making it a easy, stress-free expensive.

We recently visited Clarks in the Affinity Outlet/ Freeport to have our daughters feet measured for Nursery. The two ladies who helped us were really kind and helpful. Wendy the lady who measured our daughters feet was fantastic and gave very helpful advice on which pair of shoes were the best and the most comfortable.
We got her a gorgeous pair of shoes for only £21.00 and our daughter loved them ☺️ she has loved wearing them to Nursery. Unfortunately I didn't catch the other lady's name who worked there, I think she had a Midlands accent.
Thank you so much and we will definitely be back again, when she needs some more shoes.

Poor choice ,wrong measurements taken ,wrong shoose suggested ,no customer service and do not take Scottish notes so will not be back or recommending

After visiting today with my daughter to have her feet remeasured for a exchange from another branch the store manager who we were served by last year also was so so helpful built a great rapore with me and my daughter straight away and couldn’t do enough to make our visit memorable ! This is so rare in retail these days and as a sales manager I understand the importance of amazing service and superb store standards WELL DONE KEEP UP THE AMAZING WORK

Good shop but them on the counter are pretty clueless understanding British Sterling probably should be sacked! unbelievable! 😕
