Awful experience with my autistic daughter. Staff were not understanding, infact the cashier shouted out to tell me to keep my daughter quiet. My daughter has sensory issues,she is non verbal so she only communicates through noise and crying, waiting in the long que was overwhelming. Although im used to the ignorance and people staring i was absolutely shocked and appalled as this came from a member of staff. The shop sells uniforms for special needs schools too so they should have been aware they would have customers with special needs. He later apologised briefly but not when my daughter was having a meltdown.
Im disgusted and still upset.
