Footasylum Blackburn - The Mall

I think the staff need to be more helpful asked a member of staff a price for an item only to be told to go to the till and ask them - shop was nearly empty and he was doing very little - We ended up buying the items but its a shame when a new shop as opened up in Blackburn the company have spent a lot of money on the refurbishment - yet to have staff that don't show that same enthusiasm, I hope they start being more helpful soon the 2 star review is for the sales experience however the shop itself has good stock and offers student discount

The place is nice and the products are great, but the music is so loud that I cannot focus on their products.
I went outside without buying anything because the music gave me headache.
I got some nice stuff from their Preston's store though cause it wasn't so noisy

Really helpful staff. Quick service plus a smile. Loads of trendy trainers to choose from. Prices range from sale to top end prices. Good choice of clothing from jackets to joggers. Will be going back again seen a pair of trainers I can only get there 🙂

I can honestly its absolutely disgusting, i could not believe most toilets are closed the only ones open had long queues and no toilet roll and also filthy.
Its a disgrace how the actual clean car park toilets have been closed which does not make any sense in respect of social distance as it makes people gather and queue.
I am also shocked at how many ethnic women mainly wore no masks and blatantly ignored the rules no wonder Blackburn is like it is.
I am not returning anytime soon i did not understand why the market toilets are being used as they are the oldest dirtiest I've ever been in.

Staff has bad attitude specially the girl at the till. Never want to go back with that type of customer service!

worst store to buy shoes from. they gave me to right shoes and when i went back they said they didn't have any. it not good enough when i spent £90.00 on shoes and i get that type of treatment.

Bought wrong size Calvin kleins. Not worn or removed from packaging. Woudnt exchange for hygiene reasons. Even though they put their hands all over every single pair that was tagged.lost a customer
