Huge fan of Skechers especially because they give military discount! The employees are helpful. Point out which one helped you when purchasing so that they get credit. Love the cloth bags they give with every purchase too! Good service

I went in to find a specific pair of trainers and was offered help almost immediately. Staff were very friendly and took time to serve you. The lady on the till was a welcome ray of sunshine. Made me smile with her genuinely kind attitude. She had to deal with a tricky issue but kept calm and composed. A very positive shopping experience, compared to staff in other shops who just don't seem to want to be there. Bought an amazing pair of trainers too!

Excellent customer care. Had an issue with a pair of trainers and took them back to the store, the store manager was fantastic. She immediately exchanged them for a new pair - So polite and cannot praise her enough.

Asked to try on shoes worn by Jamie Rednapp on large poster instore to be told we don’t have them!
Asked to try another pair of shoes in size 6 to be told they started at size 8!
No attempt to find out more for me or contact with further information.
Not impressed.

What very friendly and helpful staff. I was offered as much help as I needed without any pressure at all. The walking shoes that I bought are the most comfortable I’ve ever worn. I will never go anywhere else for this sort of shoe. Thank you

If you want just trainers than this is the shop for you but if you are looking for Shoes or Boots from Sketches there were none. Wheelchair was ok in here.
