Shoe Zone

The shoe size required was not available - but instead of the usual response of a shrug of the shoulders and on to the next customer - what a refreshing change. With a brilliant smile and and happy manner declared "Not a problem let me see if I can get it in for you". Result shoes ordered and paid mfor. Text message received on the promised day to say they had arrived - and in plenty of time to allow us time to get into town to collect that same day. Great service which some more prestidgous stores should try to copy.

Really impressed with my first visit to this store. Well stocked and tidy. A busy Saturday and it appeared that there was only one young man working in the whole shop that i could see. He appeared to be very young, possibly Saturday staff/student maybe. However he was totally professional and not flustered in anyway. He was extremely helpful and arranged delivery in the correct size for an item I required which was not in store.
First class service, good manners and nothing was too much trouble. I didn't get his name but my visit was 1/12/18 at 12.49 cashier JA

They have a good variety of shoes, reasonably priced and staff are helpful and friendly.

Good shopping, but they have more popular products and prices, than good quality shoes.

Great experience friendly staff member was on holiday nearby had to replace my shoes had order wrong ones online and the lady in store was really helpful in finding the the shoe and size I required
I recommend this store plus if you're staying on holiday you can order online to where your staying but remember double check you've ordered the right shoes unlike me

If you like plastic shoes....then this place is for you! Work boots last a few months ! Some staff seem.alittle grumpy.
