They seem to have items in their shop that both me and the wife like, so it's great for me when I need to buy her in doors a present....

Probably the most comfortable shoes I've ever worn! Bluewater and Lakeside.

1 star was too many. Went in to refund my shoes, sign saying no refunds or exchanges today. Watched the cashier refund the customer in front of me so approached the desk, she lied to my face saying she didn't do a refund it was exchange, didn't know you had to insert your card for an exchange...didn't think you was doing them either...upon pointing this out was told not to interrupt her....once I return these shoes I will never shop their again...and I will make sure my friends and family don't either

Sandra was super helpful with finding my husband wedding shoes! We didn’t get what we wanted a but she was so helpful and patient with us

Refund procedure is a joke.
Took a month after the item was returned for the refund to be applied
Return sent tracked post so was able to see when delivered
