Shoe Zone

I went to Ilford Branch to buy shoes for my daughter. My daughter was trying 2/3 pairs as we could not find exact size what we are looking for. At the moment one of the staff approached me and told me if we don't buy those pairs put it back to shelf. Instead of offering help she gave me the shocking experience I have ever had. Not only that she even checked whether or not I put those shoes back before I went to checkout. While paying I asked her name but she refused to give me. When I told her I want to complaints, she said why. As she is not cooperating, I left store and report to their company. But nothing happened too.

Found trainers here which I've never see before in Basildon, my favourite branch. Were in sale with a further reduction at the till. One very hot but very happy Bunny! Considering the cheap price, I think shoezone are good quality .Still think the smaller branches don't have enough room between the aisles

Most comfortable shoes. I have bought shoes from many other expensive stores but never found as comfortable as Shoe Zone shoes. For me definitely the most comfortable shoes. My advice to everyone- Try Shoe Zone at least once.

I love there shoes I been wearing toe cap shoes there are so fair great to walk.

Some of there staff are helpful if you are lucky to get one. As one of there shoes are different colour on right and light one so I needed to see if the shoes are the right ones. So if you are wearing company foot wear and not and find had to walk try shoes zone. But try them before you buy

Staff is very unprofessional, we had to wait in checkout until finish their personal discussion, and later she took money and she took time to gave change because they were talking while serving me as well , and gave change and didn’t say thank you they didn’t even feel that we are waiting until finish their discussion, these kind of people shouldn’t work , they should stay at home and do their personal things.

Cheap shoes but will not last long and you will feel every bump in the road on the soles of your feet whilst walking

Shoe zone has a fair collection of affordable foot wear and provides many families with what they can afford. Polite staff and well displayed.
