Loake Outlet Shop

Lovely shop with brilliant staff. Fantastic customer service. If you have bought Loake shoes previously even if not from this outlet they will stretch them if necessary at no charge. Once you have purchased Loakes the customer service is ongoing. Good range of shoes and accessories which while expensive will give you many years of service. Quality products.

Shocked at how poor the service was. Two staff in the shop seemed reluctant to help. I tried on some shoes and was made to feel that they didn't fit because I was fat and was not offered any alternative sizes. I pointed out it was the shoe length not the width that was the problem The assistant then took the shoes and walked off and didn't come back. I was the only customer in the store so it was not like they were busy.

Had great service here today by two polite gentlemen, Patrick who served me was exceptional. Answered all my questions and helped me choose what I needed. Fantastic service with great quality products. Will 100% be visiting again next time I'm here.

Loake have the most well made shoes ,a quality that is rare today. They actually take pride in their products and this shows in detail of each shoe or boot. The staff at the store couldn't be more helpful.
