Yep, very good. Generally buy all my shoes here now, but this time it was my wife buying. The staff member was very patient and very helpful. my wife must have tried about 8 or 9 pairs. Eventually came out with a pair she liked some all good.

Absolutely first class customer service in West Quay, Southampton. Unfortunately I had to return two pairs of trainers and the staff couldn't have made the process any easier. Wholly recommend this branch.

Alex is a super star he has changed my feet’s life forever. He was very helpful with every one of my questions, he went above and beyond for me which I couldn’t have been thankful enough for. Great for younger customer. More leisure shoes, trainers. Not party footwear. In West quay mall. Bright shiny. Indoor shopping.

The staff in the shop couldn't have been more helpful. I did request the ladies name, which was Greek but I have lost the peace of paper with it on. She was excellent, helpful and patient as I had to pop outside to try and get a picture of some of the shoes to a friend. As the ones she had asked me to pic up for her weren't in stock. Which was the only problem with the shop. Not every pair and size were available. However we got our Blue light card discount. So we're very pleased with the 20% off. Always makes it more worth while. When we get 4 pears at a time for work, rest and play.

Alex from the Southampton store was fantastic from start to finish. I've not received this level of service for quite some time. Absolutely outstanding.
