I was very happy with my purchase today. The assistant, Hilary, was friendly, knowledgeable and very helpful. I will definitely shop here again.

Very helpful staff. I liked an item that didn't exist in my size. They simply placed an order and offered me to return it if I didn't like it. I like their shoes. They are often comfortable!

What amazing customer service by Emma. I walked in and bought my sons 1st ever school shoes (without him being there) … she helped me with sizing and fit and was so pleasant. She was so quick with the whole transaction too. I was in & out in 10 mins max.
The staff at this store are so helpful and so friendly. Would definitely visit this branch again, as my 1st preference.

Very bad customer service. Went in on Sunday 9th October. Very quiet store, two staff were available. Didn’t acknowledge me, offer any help or even say hello. Went in especially as I knew Clark’s provide good quality shoes but in the end I left and went to M&S. Won’t be visiting again

Great experience in Clarks Church St Preston today. I was attended to by Sharon who was so helpful and professional. I was on the hunt for a pair of winter boots but as I have arthritis, plantar fasciitis and wear insoles this isn't an easy task. Sharon recommended several pairs of boots and brought varying sizes for me to try. I even got an added extra in my box, a spider! Made us all laugh

Good place to get a child's feet measured but the shoe selection was poor and expensive

The staff were so rude. I was in the shop twenty seconds when one woman started shouting at me about being socially distant, there wasn't ten people in the entire shop at the time, and they were meters away from me. I left without buying my son a pair of shoes because people started staring at us. Thank God for masks as I went bright red in the face. I will never go there again to be treated like that.
