Went in this afternoon 21/04/2022 for a general look around with my daughter and granddaughter. My granddaughter who is 3 saw some sandals she liked but the size was out of stock. We had no intention in buying today, but we ordered them and will be collecting soon. The staff were very on hand, very welcoming, polite and patient.

Clark's shoes used to be great quality UK made. Now all imported and I haven't seen much I'd wear for ages.

Popped in today on the off chance they could measure both of my sons feet . Happily greeted with a yes that they could ….. both boys measured by the lovely Nisha who went above and beyond in her role, she helped my eldest son pick some shoes and then spent time with him teaching him to tie the laces ! She absolutely did not have to do this, as a Saturday in the school holidays is a busy time . I was so so impressed with her service , she is a credit to the store !

Thank you Clarks Gloucester for being so accommodating when I stupidly got the wrong day for a fitting with our 2 grandchildren. I am sorry I cant remember the name of the salesman he was very helpful and my grandchildren were very pleased with their shoes. Thankyou too to the manager who let us wait even though the shop was busy.

Unfortunately the day I visited only one member of staff was available and there was a few of us needing assistance

Booked an appointment online. Easy to do. Prompt start. Very busy. Female staff member thorough. New her job. Wasnt letting us walk out with a duff pair of shoes. Worked for company for 5 years. Would recommend 👍

I bought a pair of shoes for work with £70 a week ago and I went back because the side was coming off, that staff said I can come back for any issue just to keep the receipt. Today, was another member of staff in charge and that one said is nothing wrong with the shoes, is the way how I walk. I asked for a refund if possible or to repair them and answer was no. Very calm, I said thank you and I walked out of shop and did throw the shoes straight in a bin in front of their shop. So, this is how you treat your customers, well done Clarks!!! I do not recommend them at all. I got back to my shoes from Deichmann which have a lot better quality and the staff is more respectful with their customers

Had two pairs of shoes in the sale, that cost less than the original price for one. Happy Days !! All covid safety in place, so I felt comfortable. The sales assistant was very helpful and friendly .
