Do not deal with this company they are con artists.
I ordered work boots through them. Paid £53 but boots never turned up. Contacted Blueberry he stated the Royal Mail had delivered as their post person can be seen on a GPS device at my address.
I asked to see signature not mine or my wife’s signature plus we were not in when item was allegedly delivered.
Royal Mail won’t talk to me as their contract is with Blueberry.
I lose out as Amazon state Blueberry said they have proof of delivery.
I am without item.

Ordered a pair of Dr Martens via Amazon. Arrived with a minor fault which was dealt with extremely professionally and swiftly by Nick. 2nd pair in a different size was sent for me to try before returning the originals. Both pairs returned and refunded immediately. Finally got what I wanted and all wihin the space of a week. Extremely pleased with the service received - Nick you are a star!
