Footasylum Southampton - Above Bar Street

By far the worst customer service I've ever had from a shoe shop. They have lost my favourite pair of boots which now are no longer being made. To resolve and find out about their incompetence took me hours of phone calls to costumer service each time me having to explain the situations every single time. Numerous visits to the shop with 0 effort to contact me to tell me they had lost the boots!
AFTER 3 MONTHS of all of this their answer to losing the boots that are no longer being made was to give me a refund!!!! SERIOUSLY NOT GOOD ENOUGH!
To top it off the second order (converses) I made was sent back to depot without anyone contacting me, second time sent to the store I HAD TO GO IN AND CHASE for the shoes as they didn't have any paper work attached and their for wouldn't have contacted me. SO TWICE THEY HAVE FAILED with me with the most simplest task!
I'm so disappointed and disheartened with it all I will advice ALL my clients, friends and family to AVOID!

I found the staff extremely rude and unprofessional. None of the staff were wearing their masks properly (not over their nose or on their chin), surfaces were not being cleaned. And most of all when I asked them about their masks I got rude remarks back, which I found inappropriate

Was served by Emily, excellent customer service was very attentive and helped me find some new trainers for me and family. Superb service in the store will definitely be coming back.

Could do with a bigger shop for more shoes and clothing. apart from that nice staff nothing bad to say about this place

Travelled there from Bournemouth yesterday to exchange my Nikes Air Force ones that were a gift and were faulty. The manager Adam was so helpful and attentive. Loads of hurdles such as not having the right product code, not having the original card it was purchased on and no longer in stock. Adam overcame all the issues and resolved things for me. Couldn’t of asked for a better customer experience.

Had a problem with a Top bought at Southampton store. Did an online chat with Lisa. Lost the line and Lisa emailed me regarding a refund. Cannot praise this lady enough. Expecially dealing with an oap who was was unsure. Thankyou Lisa

Came in to the store today and was helped by a very cheerful,polite and friendly guy named Paul knew exactly what I was looking for and thanks for his help I walked out of the store with exactly what I wanted he definitely knows his stuff and would return again a very big thank you to Paul.

Disgusting customer service ordered a gift card on the 13th but still no acknowledgement of dispatch will raise a dispute with the bank today
