Good prices on their products after lockdown, also they have regulations in place to operate safely to protect their customers and staff members and to minimise the risk of spreading COVID-19. The lady who assisted us, Charlotte was lovely and efficient! Thank you!

Staff are all absolutely wonderful with toddlers. Highly recommend. They measure and are very engaging even gave my son a sticker. They go above and beyond.

I've went in twice and so far it's been a great experience, the staff are very attentive, helpful and friendly. (Shout-out to Suhani and a blonde hair girl whose name I didn't get that helped me with Adidas Ozweego)

The staff are always extremely helpful and tend to have a larger range of children's trainers compared to other trainer shops.

I have to say the staff in this store are just brilliant! I went in just after Christmas looking for a pair of boots and I received amazing service from a member of the team. So thankful 🙏🏻 They helped me get the boots I wanted shipped to Spain, thank you so much. You know who you are!

The girl who served us today just didn’t have good customer service attitude ( beautiful girl with extended eyelashes) … not sure why the attitude. Please re-train for customer service. Schuh has always been our favourite shoe shop.

Great selection, staff are very attentive, helpful and knowledgeable. They recommended some trainers that I hadn't considered - yes it was a cheeky upsell but I am really happy with the purchase and will definitely be back.
