Really friendly staff and fòot measuring service for my son. When they didn't have what we wanted in stock they offered to order it in. The only thing stopping it being 5 star is the fact you have to pay before you try the ordered stock and it would be better if you could order it in then pay for what you want but I appreciate it's no different to online orders in that respect and if we are not happy with the shoes we can get a refund so happy days.

The staff were very friendly and great with my 2 year old, his feet were checked and he didn't need new shoes yet, no pressure yo buy or to get rid of us. A really pleasant visit

My girlfriend was looking for some work shoes. We walked in and all four staff members were standing behind the till chatting away. My partner picked a shoe to try on and we both turned towards the staff signalling that we need help and not one staff member came over to help. She ended up putting the shoe back on the shelf and we both walked out. Genuinely disappointed in the lack of awareness of customers from the staff.

A huge thankyou to Mollie at your branch today! School shoe shopping is notoriously the worst part of and my son's year! Not today, she was so helpful and came up with solutions to any issues with the shoes. She was patient, friendly and listened to what my son was saying regarding the shoes he tried on, which worked wonders! I highly recommend this store and the service we received!

It has plenty of space but never has much stock compared to other branches. Could also do with stocking more bags.

Fantastic experience with the helpful staff. Sized feet, found shoes, all without any fuss and very efficiently. One happy little lady later... Will use again.

Really quiet! Went in for a pair of school shoes for eldest, was in and out in 10 mins. Very professional and friendly staff. Big improvement on last week (took ages to be seen but that's what you get for shoe shopping in hols I guess!)

Probably the rudest staff I have ever had the displeasure to come across. So rude to me that other customers in the shop pointed it out to the manager who clearly did not have the guts to do anything about it. When we were discussing it between in a private conversation the manager interupted and told us to 'drop it' . Absolutely disgusting. No understanding of the meaning of customer service. Obstructive and rude.
