They try and be as helpful as possible. I mostly get children's shoes here and they are always very patient with the children which must be hard sometimes.
After trying many methods myself to get my son to try on new shoes the assistant finally managed to persuade him and didn't mind that this took about 45 minutes to do.

An excellent shoe shop well organised for the deluge of children wanting new shoes for school.
A lift available to take children in buggies upstairs. There was a ticket system for orderly serving. The young lady serving was very helpful measuring our granddaughters feet and found suitable shoes promptly excellent service.

Always a good choice of shoe in Clark's, shopping for the wife this time. Shop was clean, staff were polite and quick to serve without being pushy. Left with a purchase so a happy wife.

Wandered round for ages, even had a shoe or two in my hand. No one approached me offering help.

When I did speak to an assistant they had none of the ones I liked in my size.

Very polite staff be good to them. A Bad Manager can ruin a workforce. But they were polite and smiling which means a lot to a paying customer.

Very small store with limited selection of shoes. I do not like the quality of the shoes, they are not worn for long

Really great service from Anna today - friendly. chatty & patient despite the fact they were closing in 10 minutes. She empathetically helped me find a pair of sandals & made me feel valued as a customer. Thanks Anna!

What an amazing experience, i have a child with autism who was finding the entire experience quite challenging and the staff were incredible, they went above and beyond to help with absolutely no snobbery or judgment, cant thank them enough
