Warning to all parents, do not buy your school shoe's or any shoes from this store ( Bexleyheath ). Several of my friends have returned shoes to this store that are faulty after a very limited time frame and they were not exchanged. I returned a pair of shoes that my daughter has had for just 3 weeks and worn twice and was told that they would not exchange them, even though they are split at the side as it was due to hardwearing, hardly I think !!

I have used this shop for the last few years for school shoes, (kickers), only having to return once a year to purchase new shoes, not because they'd fallen apart, but because my daughter's feet had simply outgrown them!! The shoes she had are still in good condition. Extremely good quality, comfortable and very hard wearing. The staff couldn't do enough for us, and were very patient with me and my fussy 10 year old, def recommend highly X

My wife phoned the store and explained that a pair of boots that we bought for my daughter in September 2017 had split along the sole, the lady in the store said to bring them down for a look, my wife explained that we no longer had the receipt, but the lady still said to bring them to the shop in blackfen, so I did, when I arrived at the shop I was greeted with a ' can I help you? and a big smile, I said who I was and that my wife phoned a little while back, the lady asked to see the boots, and to my total surprise she said that she would replace them, I was expecting a argument because I didn't have a receipt, unfortunately they didn't have the one's we needed, but the the Bexleyheath store did, she actually apologised for not being able to be more helpful, she phoned ahead for me and it was the same in the Bexleyheath shop, smiles and pleasantness, they had the boots ready and I was in and out within a minute. I just want to say, well done Harris shoe shop your staff are a credit to you, and it's a pity that all shops aren't as professional as yours. All the best Adam .
