Don't order online - you pay for delivery and also have to pay to return if the shoes don't fit!

Would have given no stars if possible. Awful customer service. Got in touch as soon as I placed order to amend to a different size. They denied my request stating that I would have wait until the order arrived and go through the returns procedure. Do not order with this company.

Awful customer service, they’ve returned faulty shoes returned to them claiming they were wearable even though they’re visibly faulty. Ignoring my requests to confirm their complaints procedure, instead sending the shoes back whilst the issue remained unresolved. Subsequently, resulting in the courier claiming they’ve delivered the items for a second time and now the faulty shoes are somehow lost. However, I receive daily deliveries and have never had a parcel get lost. We even know our local couriers, therefore this is a further concern and perhaps not a coincidence. I wouldn’t ever use this company again and will be sharing my experience with others in the hope that they do not have such a terrible experience either. From the poor reviews it’s evident that this is a common reoccurrence which needs to be reported to the retail ombudsman. I will be taking my complaint further as this has been a total waste of my time and a unnecessarily stressful experience. Prior to writing this, I gave them sufficient time to respond and resolve my complaint in a professional manner yet they have refused to assist. Customer service training to all staff members urgently needed.

Would not recommend, quality of shoes is terrible. When I complained to customer service and showed photos of a faulty sandal I received, they refused to accept it was faulty and essentially said this is the kind of quality of shoes they sell. Don't buy.

Great shop ,friendly staff and great quality of shoes love all the different styles and choices can always find something I like
