Keith Scarrott Shoes

I’ve bought shoes and boots from this shop over about 20 years. They have all been beautifully made, comfortable and have lasted ages. Luxury purchases but well worth the cost. This is a small independent shop. I use independent retailers whenever I can because I like having something a bit different. It is not at all unusual to be given a credit note instead of a cash refund. That is how the business model works. They just can’t afford to give refunds unless something is genuinely faulty. Respect the business model necessary to keep independent retailers on our high streets. Look carefully at what you are buying, make sure you are happy with the fit etc before you leave the shop. Then you’ll enjoy your purchases for years, just as i’ve done.

Like some other customers I was sold boots by a very good sales lady. They were a little tight in the shop and was guaranteed they would be fine. I tried them in again at home and decided they were too tight and it was too much of a risk that they wouldn’t be comfortable. Saw Keith the next day. What a rude and unhelpful man. Would only give a credit note but it is not a shop I would buy shoes from normally. BE WARNED. And be careful before buying in this shop. Such a horrible experience!

I made my first order from Keith Scarrott last week and was so impressed with the speedy delivery.
I went in store to collect and felt the staff were friendly and professional. All members were wearing masks and Covid aware, social distanced, etc.
Sophie and Meg were lovely and so helpful with finding me my sizes and other shoes I liked. Ended up leaving with two more pairs.
The quality is definitely worth the price and I will absolutely be returning soon!

I bought a second pair of Vicolo long boots in the sale - couldn't resist. Already have one pair, bought 3 years ago which are still in great shape despite being used most days in winter, but... sale... lockdown... and the joy of beautiful new boots. I also bought a pair of Chelsea boots. I absolutely love them - beautiful to look at, wear and beautifully made! We're nervous of the pandemic and Sophie was so kind in delivering them to us (in the centre of Cheltenham) - thank you!

I bought the Bonito Silver trainers recently, I ordered the wrong size to start with, but they were quickly exchanged by post. They are so stylish, I have had lots of complements & they are really comfy, I have hardly had them off my feet. The quality is second to none, I still own every pair of boots I have bought from KS over the last 20 years & they still look good, I think these will be with me a long time too.

Visiting the shop is a joy. Not only fabulous shoes and boots but helpful friendly staff. I love that it is an independent enterprise and the knowledge and enthusiasm for the products shines through.
Recent online shopping experience was easy and when the size was not right an exchange was arranged and I am thrilled with the purchase. Great communication throughout despite these difficult times.

I’ve just received a pair of knee boots and am delighted with the quality. I can’t fault the customer service. There were COVID related warehouse difficulties and I was kept informed often of the order status. The first pair were a little small and I was quickly able to exchange for a larger pair. I shall certainly use the online store again. Pity I don’t live close!

I have recently purchased a pair of country boots from Keith Scarrott of Cheltenham and I have to say what brilliant customer service I received! The lady I spoke to, Sophie, was extremely helpful, polite and very efficient and I am now the proud owner of the Cavalla boots, I would certainly recommend to my friends and will be definitely be returning there for my next purchase.
