Prices are sometimes a little high but service is always good. They were happy to entertain my 3 year old by measuring her feet 10 times while she tried on shoes. She kept picking up shoes that she liked so I guess that means they have a good range of kids shoes! The sizing is much more comprehensive than other local shoe shops, taking in to account the width of the feet and the difference between the two.

Took my 2 boys for a shoe fitting, via making an appointment online. Very impressed with someone on the door checking you off as you arrive then seating all spaced out around the shop. The staff member was very patient with my 4 year old and his decision making but I did feel conscious that there was a time frame and 2 children to find 3 pairs of shoes for. I was a little disappointed there was so little choice for my 1 year old and no mention of their current school shoe offer even though I purchased school shoes. A good Covid shoe shopping experience overall.

We prebooked our instore shoe fitting slot online. We turned up a few mins early, were greeted at the door by a member of staff who ticked our name off a list. There was hand sanitiser at the door and 1 customer at a time allowed through 1 opened door (the other door was shut). We waited inside for a few minutes. Seating is well spaced out around store we took our seat, my child got measured and after several attempts we bought a well fitting pair of school shoes. Olivia was very helpful and considerate keeping her distance and as all other staff wearing a mask and visor over her face. Customers who had not prebooked had to take a numbered ticket at the door and wait outside for their turn. No mask = no entry.

Popped back in today to exchange a pair of shoes for my son that were rubbing badly and the team in-store were great. He was re-measured and we walked away with a new pair in a new size and style. Very good customer service.

Poor school shoes stock levels for such a busy school area.
Waiting times were also very lengthy. We had booked an appointment for a fitting and was a little late (bringing two children, delays can happen). Then to be told our appointment was no longer valid and we’d have to wait for another walk in slot. I was quite cross because I’d made my appointment at the beginning of the summer holidays. Disappointed.

The worst experience we've ever had in a shoe shop. Where to start? Staff measuring my children's feet insisted they were at least two sizes smaller than I already knew they were. They insisted on bringing out shoes that were too small, when they didn't fit, they just shrugged their shoulders.
Then, one of them kept bringing out girls shoes for my son, repeatedly. He claimed they were the same, but, come on matey, they had f'ing ribbons on them! Bored, disinterested, staff who can't measure shoe size and seemingly have no idea about shoes. I know it can be difficult to find trained staff, even if you have no idea, you can at least be enthusiastic, it goes a long way.
