Popped in here to see what they do and bought a pair of their custom insoles for my decrepit old feet. Amazing value and superb service. I'll be returning for some more advice and geo works to help me walk straight and lessen my heel pain. Look at the amazing shape of those insoles made just for me.

My daughter was suffering from a foot issue and we popped into Shuropody Retail Shop in Chelmsford as we were walking past. We really just wanted some advice. We spoke to the sales assistant Cathy who was patient and understanding. Cathy requested Gemma the consultant to see us in between her pre booked patients. Gemma examined the foot and realised the problem straight away. Proper insoles fitted and my daughter was amazed at the difference. We cannot thank them enough to spend time with us. Well done to everyone and we will definitely recommend the shop.Good old fashioned top rate customer service👏

I am a support worker and use Shuropody Chelmsford for my vulnerable clients who suffer with their feet and require a lot of patience when choosing new footwear. Cathy is the most patient, knowledgeable and kind lady with them and my clients now enjoy the experience they used to dread so much x

This is our business account but I don’t have another google account. Just want to say that I went to the chiropodist Harris (I think was he’s name) and he was absolutely brilliant. So gentle and really knowledgeable. I’m not one to write reviews but really feel he needs the recommendation as I had called around a lot of places in a lot of pain and he got me sorted in the day. Will be recommending here to everyone! Also the ladies who work in the shop are all so lovely.. really make you feel at ease and couldn’t be more helpful. Thank you again
