Clarks

While in the UK in 2003,my friends and I stopped at this shoe store and I bought two pairs of shoes which I am still wearing. They were not Clarks but some other kind but the name is now worn off. They have lasted longer than any I bought in the USA. My friend has hers also. Absolutely very good leather and fit perfectly. I would love to go back to that same store for more shoes at 24 Talisman Square. What a lovely little Mall area. Small town but wonderful shops. If you are ever in that area in the United Kingdom, be sure to stop in. They are very gracious in England and very helpful. Mannerly and polite also.

Small Clarks outlet but we've always been well treated (mainly shopped for kids shoes).

Disappointing experience on 2 separate occasions recently. We have shopped in-store for two sets of shoes for our 2 year old, and whilst the shoes on display are what we wanted they don't have the correct size available and so each time have had to take either a shoe we didn't want or take a wide fitting shoe when not required. When paying over £30 each time for tiny shoes I feel they should ensure they keep a couple of sizes of each shoe on display. I will be writing to head office to complain as I was informed it's their decision what to stock in-store.

The usual great selection of high quality footwear, helpful staff and quick service.

Had to order my size but was surprised I had to pay up front.

Social distancing well in place. Spoke to Emma and Abbey, it being Abbey's first day at Clarks. Treated the girls very nicely patient and gentle kept them talking and curious in and out in a breeze shoes for perfectly no issues at all thank you to you both. Emily and Rosie love their new doodles 😁

Totally run down, hardly any school shoes available. Would have thought that they stock up on these - the hint is September. Staff is nice and helpful, though, hence the 4 stars.
