Very helpful staff, easy access for disabled, room enough to get wheelchair or reasonable sized scooter inside and move around without the risk of dragging down a display.

Staff couldn't have been more helpful - I didn't feel rushed or pushed into buying anything and will no doubt return.

Had to get shoes for mum who is unable to get to town.
Did an in-store video call with mum and the lovely lady who showed mum the shoes in different colours. Result.. a very impressed customer.

Well if they had had more staff and more time to deal with each customer and the boots in the right size and slippers in the correct size. I would have bought them. However it was dismal.

Very poor service... quite a few people left the store, me included.

Quality shoes and boots not much for men though.

Some great bargains at the moment (Exeter currently has a £15 sale rail - July 2021). Shoes are comfy and long lasting - and staff are always really friendly and helpful.
