Chloe is simply fantastic. An asset to your organisation. Every time we come she gives us time, is patient and great with the kids. Thank you for your amazing service, better than any other we've received at any clarks store.

Lady works there very hard mostly by herself but then manager was extremely rude wearing headphone on the till, telling new staff to tidy up not even approach customers nothing. As I had to get exchange my toddler touched the pin machine and he said your child's finger is wet and he cleaned it in front of me. I find it very rude he didn't even say thank you or nothing I saw him rolling his eyes. I should have made a big drama in front other customers but I didn't have energy to deal with people like himself. I asked him if he was manager and he said yes.

How an earth he's a managing the store!!

I went to return my unworn new shoes that I bought just a day before with a valid receipt of 24 days. I just wanted to exchange my shoes because my daughter didn’t like them. They refused to return them and the staff were lying continuously…..they started arguing with me for no reason. I will never recommend Clark’s to my friends and family.

Worst customer service by their manager only, this is our local Clarks and me and my family always buy shoes from here if we had an option we would never go to this store all of the staff is very helpful and polite apart from the manager everytime me and my wife or my family went in we have noticed due to our getup or Asian look he never pay attention to us and even avoid or ignore talking or dealing with us, I personally have seen him laughing and happily serving other ethnicity but ignored us or been rude on till. I wouldn't have wrote all this but because this has happened to us multiple times now I'll never come back to this store only because of this rude manager. I can show receipts we have spent thousands as family in this store. I really feel sorry for the staff working under this man.

I had to wanted to look for some shoes and was thinking and kept coming in and a staff on Sunday 2nd October 2022 at 16:00pm made a comment saying I kept coming in and out making their door go buggy. I is my decision to shop from them and they made such a comment which is ridiculious and very unprofessional. Won't be shopping ever again. Please avoid because of rude staff.

I’ve been to this shop before and I have to say you can definitely tell a lot has changed since my last visit. Since the NEW manager - Alex- the store looks amazing and the air feels so positive and cheerful walking in 🤩
Everyone looks happy and engaged. Such an improvement!!! Well done Clarks!!!

I want give a store manager Patrick 0star even minus if I can. So rude. So so rude.
My two years old son was running around noisily. This is my negligence. But he yelled at us and told us to stop rudely. He got mad at me to stop or leaving the store. At first, I thought it was one of the customers, if customer I can ignore that. but I realised he is a manager. A manager should never be so rude to a customer like him. First of all, I'm sorry that my son made a noisy. But that store manager doesn't seem qualified to be a manager. He should told me more polite way. Then I feel really sorry about that. But he made me feel very bad. And very uncomfortable while I am paying.
How manager could do that so rude way?? Now I can see several 1star reviews because of Patrick. Why Clarks keep him there as a manager? I am sure you will lose a lot of customers and receive bad reviews because of him.
