We get all three of my daughters shoes here for school it was very very busy always is. I thought they were under staffed certainly under stocked not much choice but managed two pairs of shoes

Almost no range of boys smart shoes. It seems you only buy trainer style shoes for reception age boys! Ended up in Diechman where they had a great range and cheaper too!

Went for school shoes for my daughter, staff friendly helpful and knowledgeable. For such a busy shop, you aren't rushed :)

Went to get my son feet measured for another pair of school shoes. Had to ask for someone to measure his feet. The dark hair young girl measured his feet and just disappeared. No help in getting shoes or checking fit. Had to go and find someone again to check the fit. A lovely young blonde girl came to help and I asked for my son feet to be remeasure as I wasn't happy. Luckily I did as his feet measured a completely different size. She was so helpful and help with choosing a pair of shoes and checking the fit. Shame some staff can't be bothered where others can. Clarks stores are not what they used to be.
