Reliable, comfortable shoes. Not the height of fashion but certainly good quality. Staff are helpful and knowledgeable.

I bought my first pair of Clarks shoes in this store. I remember the Indian salesman was very patient and helpful. Seven years later I visited the same store and was served by the same salesman! It felt so great that in a city I no longer live, I can still find someone I met before.

Quality has dropped dramatically since last time I bought shoes at Clark’s. Customer service is extremely rude and not willing to listen to the consumer. This store has a lot to improve. I for one will not be buying Clark’s again.

Linda was great but the other female that wears glasses and stood by the door should go on a customer services course and learn some mannerisms as well.

The staff was helpful but the store itself looked a bit tired and doesn't smell nice or fresh.

We visited the store yesterday for a last-minute school shoe shop, Lawrence served my son and I, he took great care measuring my sons shoe size, and showed us a good selection of school shoes. My son picked out a pair he liked, Lawrence returned with 2 sizes of the shoe to try on, after careful checking, he recommended the larger size after a walk around. Lawrence was attentive and interested in the interaction with my son during the visit, his customer service was perfect, im hoping he is there on our next visit! Lawrence deserves recognition for his hard working ethic and brilliant people skills, I hope he is being well looked after, hes one to keep!!

I came to buy school shoes for my son and Laurence, the sales assistant, was amazing. He couldn't have been more helpful and also Joe, the manager, offered assistance.
Although in the end I wasn't able to find shoes that were suitable for my son I had to leave a review as they went out of their way to try and assist us.
Laurence efinitely deserves a 5 star review.
