Friendly security guard who operates a one in one out policy. Helpful, welcoming, knowledgeable and non-judgemental staff. Not all stock available in store

Worst experience ever, brought a pair of heels for my partner and they ended up giving me two differant sizes! Ruined her surprise gift.

Kananda gave the most wonderful service from start to finish! She was super friendly and fun as soon as we walked through the door. Helped me find the exact pair I was after- Hot Chick 100 in 'bermuda'. Tried them on in 3 different sizes to make sure I got the perfect fit. Held them back for me to come back and finalise the purchase later in the day. She waited for us to come back, and stayed beyond her shift to assist me in purchasing my first pair of Louboutins. She explained the proper care of the shoes, the process of re-soling when the time comes, and gave me the number I case I had any issues. She truly made my first Louboutin experience magical (something I've been dreaming of for the past 10+ years!). This store had much better choice, and much friendlier staff than the Harrods branch. All staff were wonderful, but Kananda was truly one of a kind. Thank you!

I came into the store recently and didn’t get the name of the SA but he was so kind and helpful! He was like someone I see myself being friends with. Really happy with the customer service! I felt welcomed and not out of place

Disgusting customer service in Selfridges. The rudest manager and till guy were absolutely vile on every level. Tried to make me look like a fool and started joking with each other to try and patronise me!! Couldn’t believe what was happening. After spending thousands upon thousands on Louboutins I will NEVER ever spend a penny more. Much rather spend my cash on real designers, not ones who make shoes that literally fall apart after one day! DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY PEOPLE, they do not deserve our hard earned cash! Also Selfridges - shame on you for allowing these people to ruin your good name.

The staff and especially the manager are maybe the worst types of people I’ve ever seen. Watched them make a customer cry. Thankfully I am very good friends with the family of Selfridges so won’t be long until they are kicked out 🙏

I always wished to have a red pair of high heels and what’s the best choice if not Louboutin. Red is said to symbolise love, passion and blood, which empowers women and unleashes their inner confidence, allowing them to break the constraints of society, whilst wearing the ‘forbidden shoe.’ “ The stiletto is a feminine weapon that men just don’t have” C. Louboutin. So I went to Selfridges, second floor to buy my first Christian Louboutin pair of shoes. I was attended by Priscilla who assisted me to find exactly what I was looking for and to get the perfect size. Amazing experience, first Louboutin pair of shoes it’s an important step in every woman’s life, the feeling you step in and out of the shop was unique. Thank you Mr. Christian Louboutin, we owe you a lot 🥰 and thank you Priscilla for the excellent customer service provided. Looking forward to come back soon for more 👠
PS: no need to mention I’m in love with heels 😍😍😍😍

🤮I am shame about the services they provide. The shoes I bought was far way to be a good quality, reaped on the threads. I give the shoes to then, they keep for almost 2 months. And the only thing they could tell me. was “we gone call you or send a email”. I haven’t get none of those and when I go to the brunch to ask about, they treat me like I was nothing. Even look to me and say Christian Louboutin don’t have warranty 🤢. A £995.00 shoes with no warranty no guarantee. Unbelievable. The worst decision I have ever made in my live. I didn’t ask for refund, I just wanted to fix my shoes or give me another. Is there to much?
