Wonderful range of men's shoes. Had four or five different pairs to choose from in the style I wanted. The two ladies who served me were very helpful and friendly. I'll be using Russell & Bromley again. Excellent!

Good shop for a wide variety of kids shoes and sandals. Though often more expensive than other store, for example. The kids Geox sandals was more expensive here than walking upstairs to the Geox shop and buying exactly the same pair. So overall good range of shoes, but not the cheapest, which pretty much often sums up Russel & Bromley.

I love this show shop especially in their sale.

I like this shop. Hear I can find shoes for my kids of few brads in the same place. Also I like the lady that served us. She was really a person who can deal with kids. Shi was reising with them in order to check if the shoes is comfortable. Thank for service. We bought few pier of shoes at a time.

Russell and Bromley was my place to go to buy beautiful shoes with superb quality. The other very important point is the service. I always felt that the customer service is great. The staff looks out for you and have the extra smile which makes me come back again and again.

Yesterday I had to buy a birthday gift for my husband and we were in Westfield Stratford. A lady helped us out with her professional advice and was very friendly.

Then we got to the cashier SHENICE, who at first didn’t want me to pay at her till as I was paying cash and a argument started with her colleague about who should serve us.

She understood after couple of minutes that there is no other option and she seemed angry at this... I understand when there are communication issues within the team but you should be professional enough to not let the customer feel bad because it is inconvenient for you to do your job!

Anyway she packed the shoes and gave me my change back whilst with the other hand throwing the bag in front of us on the counter. She made no eye contact, did not thank us for the purchase or smile... instead she kept talking about random things with her colleague.

I was standing in front of her and the way both were behaving was rude. I looked at her and said have a nice day and she completely ignored me again and kept chatting.

That was not the end of it. my husband then told them that this is not the way we usually get treated in this shop, it wouldn’t harm just to smile and be polite. And to our amazement both of the staff just stared at us and didn’t even apologize. Not a single word. Nothing !

This place just wants your money, they don’t care about customer service. I have worked in retail for 10 years of my life for high end brands and this behavior maybe suits to a market where you buy potatoes and not 300 pounds pair of shoes.

Russel and Bromley have lost a loyal customer and there are tons of other brands which know how to treat people with respect. We will be sticking to them from now.

Such an amazing quality of shoes yet Such a shame this store fails on customer service. It was my first time here and I was the first customer. The lady who opened the gates didn't even greet me nor asked if I needed help - which I did. I had a browse and asked couple of pairs for try on and asked about other styles but the lady was often disregarded me and talked to other customers, her colleague and I felt like I am just an inconvenience. I would have liked to explore other models as the ones I tried were not an exact fit but the lady seemed uninterested in advising me. I don't even recall if she said bye or anything. I am considering this brand but probably won't purchase here or online, just don't seem to worth the hassle. A brand of this stand should really take this seriously otherwise it just puts customers off.

My partner has small feet, which inturn causes her trouble trying to find good shoes in a size that fits her. Russel and Bromley Children is a usual spot for her to shop and get some nice looking shoes. The last visit, we are convinced the girls behind the counter were talking and laughing about the fact my partner was buying shoes from there... Not very pleasant and really put my partner off
