Went to the store in Westfield Stratford over the weekend as my daughter needed to try boots on for correct sizing. We were met by two lovely members of staff. One happened to be the manager and she could not have been more friendly and bubbly.After a quick chat, She quickly passed us over to the other member of staff who was called Jen. Jen was extremely helpful and when one style of boot didn't fit,she suggested another boot with the thicker sole for my daughter to try which was a perfect suggestion. I cannot express enough how impressed I was of Jen's Knowledge on the different styles and how helpful she was. Thankyou Jen your're a star!

Excellent customer service. The coolest boots on the planet. I love the way the sole is translucent and yellow stitching around it. Good customer service.

Sinem was an absolute Boss in their selling abilities! Went in, as I always wanted a pair, and asked so many questions. Sinem was there answering everything in such lovely detail. I left with a lovely first pair, and hopefully I can come back for more. Highly recommended the shop 👌🏻
