very good quality shoes for a whole family, great sale sometimes for a school shoes

Was previously a nice good quality shoe shop.
I bought various brands such as Timberland
Full of poor quality made in China shoes now, very disappointing,also less selection of designs than a year or so ago. Jones was a symbol of Made in England in the past

Phoned at 9.05am to find out if the shop had a particular shoe and size in stock... I rang 3 times each for 5 minutes!!! Nobody answered... can they be so busy??? Why have a phone number if you're not prepared to answer the damn thing!!

I first purchased a pair of shoes Frome Jones about 20 years ago and since then when I have needed a "nice" pair of shoes I have tried Jones first. This last edit I took my dad to look for a pair of shoes for him. We left a little disappointed with the choice and quality on offer. I hope this is just because of the sale items on not a trend.

If you are prepared to wait you can get great deals in the sale for good quality footwear particularly boots.

Good shoes for a great price. Also compliments to the staff and manager who exchanged a faulty pair (first time ever) for a brand new pair without complaint.
