Fabulous service and a definite for all future shoes. My son has difficulties with shoes as he toe walks, has wide feet and a high instep. He's even had casts to help him with walking but we went in and found the perfect shoes for him. They are a bit more pricy but so worth it! He finally has shoes that are comfortable for him and a perfect fit!

It makes no business sense to have just one person measuring,fitting and taking payment in the school holidays.
Today was torturous. The queue was massive, and obviously by it's nature it's a slow business. As a customer I felt the quality of service most definitely went downhill with the pressure of a large queue. If you are buying multiple pairs of shoes for multiple children, you want to know the fit is right, especially at around £50 a pair.

Managed to very quickly buy a pair of sandals that are due for delivery on Monday (it's Saturday), make a phone call, they'll tell you what they have in stock, then bring them to your door. Much faster than any online ordering, really helpful and accommodating service.

Great shoe shop BUT they need to take Covid 19 far more seriously. 14 people in a small shop isn’t safe in my opinion. They have a sign on their window/door explaining their rules but failed to follow them. I felt very unsafe. Good shoes...bad experience.

Wow, fantastic service today, went above and beyond to please. Great personal fitting service too. Lots of great brands; Lilli Kelly, Ricosta, Bobux, Petasil, and Superfit to name a few.

COVID safe, plenty of social distancing and lots of hand gel.

Really happy to support a local, independent shoe shop. Highly recommended.
