Shoe Zone

Terrible customer service. The large back woman can not be bothered with anything at all. The middle eastern man (assumed to be manager) is nice enough but very bad at his job.

We asked if some shoes are not leather and vegan. To both questions, he assured us "yes". We made it very clear that we did not want and would not purchase leather.He even picked out quite a few pairs for us which he said are vegan and leather free.
We tried on at least six pairs of shoes which were supposedly not leather according to all employees. Spent quite a while in there as we were intending on buying multiple pairs.

As it turned out, none of them were vegan, they all were composed of leather and our visit there was a total waste of time. Definitely won't be going back to shoe zone.

Affordable shoe store, good quality. However you won't find very modern stuff in there more basic and traditional

I visited this shoe shop last week as I have shopped there numerous times in the past and have found a large variety of shoes, boots , trainers etc for men, women and children, as well as slippers and some shoe cleaning products being sold there. Unfortunately when I visited there I found that there was a closing down sale , which was was disappointing as this was a really good shoe shop with a wide variety to choose from and comparable prices. Parking within the area is very difficult to find , although there are good transport links by both bus and tube

Found what I was looking for and the price point for me was still as good as it was when I bought my first work boot from them , never had issue staff were pleasant

I think there is a store here or not. I didn't understand, but just someone at the door said you're welcome, I'm giving him a star.

Best customer service, this guy called Saif knows how to treat customers. Impressive
