I bought few bags two years ago and I use the bags everyday. The quality is super. I used to buy highly expensive bags and after trying her quality and designs I’ll never buy any bags but from Emma Hyacinth. Amazing work !

Be Careful!
While the shoe design looks nice on first sight, the quality and durability of the shoes we purchase were far below what you should expect at prices of this range. We were hoping that the lack of quality in the product could be somewhat mitigated by good service, but when revisiting the store less than 6 weeks from the purchase we were told the broken shoes was our problem and we should just get them fixed at our own expense. All in all very disappointing and we are not buy any product from this brand going forward...

Unreliable opening hrs (I went at 6.40) & no online shop is annoying, I like the shoes but won’t make the journey again after work. The staff couldn’t care less about the opening hours, they were vacuuming early to get out of there!!

Unfortunately the content used to sell the shoes is stolen from young freelancers, who they convince to work on their campaigns for low budgets before refusing to pay. AVOID if you have any ethics.
