Really friendly service, served by Lilly there, very knowledgeable. Picked up a pair of real leather shoes for the cost of plastic ones in other shops! Definitely worth checking out, as I thought it would have been expensive but wasn't.

This shop was opened in Pinner very long time ago by Clarks. Then some years back they sold it as a franchise. Whoever owns it, I strongly feel this shop should definitely stay in Pinner. So this message is actually for the notice of it's owners. You may have spent quite a lot to buy it and still spending a lot to run it. However if you find your turnover is gradually reducing and not reaching your target, it is mainly because few of your staff whom you have employed are not fit for customer service jobs. I would point out my finger especially at the Indian lady who became a Manager after serving there as a Sales Assistant. When she was a Sales Assistant she was polite and nice. After becoming a Manager she became very rude and more interested in showing off to the customers that she is the Manager. Customers come there only to buy shoes. Certainly not to see this persons authority in the shop and sullen attitudes. Naturally the other staff too would then become morose with customers. Owner/s please take this as a constructive criticism and get a fair feedback through few third party mystery shoppers. That would save this shop in the long run.

Always find good shoes. Very kind staff. A pleasure to shop shoes here, especially with kids. The service is outstanding.

This branch of Clark's is wonderful. Staff are so helpful, I have a child with Autism and he is selectively mute, they don't make a thing of him not answering and watch his toy for a yes/no.

It's a calm environment if you have a child with certain difficulties, it beats the Harrow store without a doubt.

Came here looking for a pair of knee high boots - the sales rep Sadhna was super sweet and incredibly helpful from beginning to end ! Thank you - love my black suede boots too.
