The Golden Boot

This is the second time I have ordered my children's shoes from this shop, and the experience was just as good as last time. Excellent choice and quality, plus fantastically competitive sale prices (which is very helpful in an increasingly expensive world!) The shoes, which arrived very promptly, even came with a kind handwritten message on the receipt- so nice to have this kind of personal customer service. I would recommend the Golden boot to anyone, and they deserve to do very well.

Best shoe shop un Maidstone. You know what you pay for. This is the only place where you can get really good quality shoes (which is really hard to fins these days). I know where to go when I am looking for new pair of shoes or trainers. Ladies over there are always friendly and helpful. They are real professionals and can help you to find the right size or a model that will suit you perfectly. I am in love with my Fairfax & Favour wedges.

I took my son here yesterday and Harriet kindly measured his feet and helped us choose some shoes. Harriet was very gentle, explained everything to my son and interacted with him (she even got him to speak to her which takes a lot with new people). The shop was well organised. Overall a very positive experience. Thank you Harriet.

Stumbled across this store by a random recommendation, so glad I did! Fab store with second to none customer service. Even though the store was super busy, and we had no appointment, we were still accommodated. Our LO was measure and fitted with such attention to detail and we were made to feel like the only ones in the store. Thank you Jackie for such a great fit.

Furthermore to have learned the history (the oldest shoe store in the country) is just WOW! The staff and overall experience was absolutely brilliant. They aren't short on return customers because they make us all feel GOLDEN!!

I am a certified Google Local guide and I just don't give 5 stars except if its deserving. This time, Golden Boots does deserve it.

Jackie who served us was very accommodating and very helpful to listen and find the best shoes for the child.
We discovered that Golden Boots is the oldest shoe shop in the UK... talking about some heritage there.
We really enjoyed the shopping experience and also the train going around in the shop is a clever idea. Children seems to love it. Don't ask me why but they do.
Yeah, I definitely recommend shopping here and we are defo going back.

Another excellent experience in The Golden Boot. Took my son in for secondary school shoes and was served by Sophie. What a lovely, helpful and knowledgeable young lady she is!!!
Nothing was too much trouble, she was meticulous in the fitting and made sure my son was 100% happy and comfortable in his new footwear. I don't go anywhere else.

This is a proper old fashioned show shop. They measure feet and staff are very good. They stick a really wide range of show sizes and widths, so if you need wide shoes worth having a look in this shop.

A real pleasure to shop in the Golden Boot one of, if not the oldest, shoe shops in the country. Really good quality stock and knowledgeable and polite staff.
