I was impatient for my in-store pick-up email, so I stopped by the store to see if my shoes had come in. The staff were very accommodating and helped me out as best as they could. I couldn't ask for more, I was already disrupting their typical process.

Luckily, they did come in, they just weren't unpacked from the delivery. Unluckily, they were scratched and they were the only pair in my size. The staff brought the damage to my attention and offered the option to return for a refund or exchange for a different pair in store. I really really wanted to say to heck with it, but I knew it would have bothered me that I didn't make the mark myself, so I had to say no and returned them for a refund.

Again, the staff were very understanding and the process was very quick and easy.

Very poor customer service. When reaching out for a pair of “manufacturing defect” shoes (their own word in the email), that had issues just after the 4th wear, they offered partial store credit, no shipping reimbursement, or &20 for repair that I’ll have to handle myself. Don’t bother as there are so many other alternatives out there. Will never go back.

Such a joke. Oh also took them 8 days to not responding until I sent an angry email for the 2nd time, to offer me the options above.

I have ordered online - chilvers did deliver my order to the wrong address and weeks after I am still chasing them and trying to contact Penelope Chilvers online shop - but no response.

Over 250Euro sent to them - never received a product. Not even a single response to all my emails.

Having been a long time fan of PC shoes I was not disappointed to pick up another pair this weekend. Had some great discounts on a variety of shoes and was hard to walk away with only one pair. Staff at the Duke Street stor e were really helpful and kind. Thank you team for all your help:)

The customer service in Duke St. is just plan awful. They are promising to call or text once the boots I had to re-order twice (because of their mistake) arrive but I have to pull their sleeve and call them repeatedly so they could tell me what is going on. Once they do answer they are just pretending that I did not previously speak to them but with another colleague. No transparency with their customers which is unacceptable in any case especially at PC as it’s a luxury brand. Seriously considering buying anything with them anymore

Very good costumer service. I wasn't sure which shoe to buy and the duke street staff were able to give me the best advice. Highly recommended

I always get a warm welcome when arriving in store. Great selection of shoes and staff are so knowledgable about their products.
