Was charged twice so was told to call back to sort the matter. Spoke to a chap called Luke who’s a supervisor, looks like his not been taught any manners. Does like to speak over customers and tell the customers they are wrong! Highly dont recommend going there if his around.

Bought some boots as a gift for
Christmas, Sheila at the Lakeside store was friendly, very helpful and polite, she arranged a delivery of the boots as the size wasn't in store. The boots arrived 2 days later.
I had to return the boots and I had mislaid my E mailed receipt. I saw Shela in store again, she was so helpful and nothing was too much trouble, she kindly sorted my refund.
Great service, customer care and helpfulness, couldn't ask for more as a customer. Well done Lakeside team.
