I was there around 6pm Friday and there were no other customers in the store, so I thought someone would come and help me out with shoes. But I was wrong, all the staffs were gathered up around till area and just talking to each other. After few minutes of not being approached, I had to call one of them and interrupt their deep conversation. And as soon as I did, finally, one of the guy staff came towards me but I could totally tell he did not want to help me at all cause he started making faces and the way he spoke to me was very rude. If you don't wanna help customers then you're working in wrong place mate.

From experience I knew that Office stores get very busy and it is often hard to get good customer service, so I decided to go at an off peak time (2pm). There were two customers (other than me) in the shop and there were two store workers. The younger worker was very helpful, the more senior worker was very rude and didn't want to serve any of us customers as this was the "other colleagues job"... ? It took 30 minutes for me to try on three shoes. All customers were getting annoyed at the lack of help from the senior worker, when it clearly was a big demand for the younger colleague. Definitely not going back to Office. I repeatedly have bad customer service.

The cashier was very unfriendly. I couldn’t decide on two shoes so I was laughed to myself and she made a comment and said “Your laughing just makes it worse” and if you are in customer service you should be friendly, patient, accommodating and help the customer decide instead of making a mean comment. I would suggest to the manager to make her work in the storage instead if she doesn’t have the patience to deal with customers.

Very fast and efficient service. I went to collect an online order I made. Only have to say that the show box was pretty destroyed, nearly completely ripped and broken.

Inefficient, inexperienced and rude staff... the lady who served me, made me buy a pair of shoes through Klarna telling me that I was gonna get the shoes straight away. After I paid, she said "Oh, actually you have to pick them up in 3-5 days". I said: "but you just told me that I was gonna get the shoes now". Her only response was: "I don't know". This person didn't apologise or tried to make any amends. I needed the shoes for a birthday persent I was giving tomorrow. Now I don't have the money, and I don't have the shoes... I cancelled my order and I'm never going back to that shop. It's better to buy online. I know the situation is bad, but please, at least hire capable people.

Oh dear not great , it's been a long time since I've had to send a negative review.
Staff training is all I can say, the lady behind the till saw me but did not acknowledge me and the shop was filling up.
Perhaps the team from the Brighton store can give them some advice
Sorry head office this is an undercover boss one for you.

Appalling customer service today. Young lady didn't want to help then threw a pair of shoes down without sayings anything, or taking the stuffing out or sorting the laces out and walked away. Absolutely useless. Shame as previously the store is good. Well walked away and bought vejas from online.
