Awesome standard of service
I visited this shop three weeks ago searching for a pair of robust, sturdy and comfortable shoes as a part of my recovery from major foot surgery and after four months in specialist orthopaedic but unflattering footwear.
I had looked in many other stores without success until I ventured into this store.
I was greeted warmly and having explained my requirements guided through the whole range until with unfailing patience the ladies helping me found a superb shoes for my poor painful feet.
Brilliant service, outstanding curtesey, I will be returning.

An excellent store for an extensive range of footwear at a reasonable price. The customer service at the Taunton branch I have found to be friendly and caring.
My recent visit put this to the test as I lost my balance in the aisle and managed to crash into the shelving bringing down several of the display boxes. The manager was quickly on the scene to offer assistance. Luckily nothing broken!

Went in looking for some work shoes, but came out with some very comfortable work boots instead.

Just beware that they push comfort insoles at the checkout. I did have some for the future when the boots wear in.

Went to buy a pair of shoes. The lady was very good at her job

A brilliant shot my daughter loves their big black boots as she's a goth and that's the only place you can get the ones she loves and the staff were very helpful

I give my 5 stars to MARIA who was very helpful and polite. I asked for a size 8 boot but they only had up to a 7 in store so Maria said that she can order them for me and have them sent to my house at NO extra charge, so she goes off to sort it for me and came back with a pair of size 8 boots (the one's I asked for) saying that when she put the code in it came up saying 1 left in stock so she grab them for me. Very lucky to get them!
My friend also walked out happy with a pair of boots that Maria helped her with.

Was about to ring up my shoes, but the lady at the check out was so rude and patronising. That they lost the sale and I left my shoes at the till and walked out. Have never been treated so poorly by staff!
