Covent Garden is the place where all happened. So I was walking around and I have seen this small shop with a girl painting shoes and a lot of beautiful shoes. I always wanted to have a pair of shoes with my idol and Sarah made it happened. All I had to do was to show her a picture with what I want and she kindly told me to come back next day. When I came back and saw her artwork it left me speechless. I fell in love with them. I am so glad I met Sarah and always grateful for this pair of shoes. I will be back for sure and if you see her shop in Covent Garden, have a look, I can promise you’ll not be disappointed!!!

It’s my daughters 13th birthday today and I’ve had a custom pair of Twenty One Pilots high tops designed. She is absolutely over the moon. Kokoart, especially Maura was a pleasure to do business with. With speedy responses, fair prices and quality designed products what more could you ask for. I would definitely recommend this company to all those that are unique and like to stand out from the crowd. Thanks

Amazing experience here. I accidentally ordered a custom pair with the wrong size shoe after reading the EU to US chart wrong and they offered a free exchange with the correct size. Was unexpected but very appreciated!

I got these shoes exactly one year ago today and I can still honestly say that this is easily one of the best purchases I have ever made! Words cannot adequately express how sick these shoes are and they are still in great condition! They were really cooperative throughout the whole process. Talking through my reference pictures and sending me emails of updates so that they could really ensure that they were exceeding my expectations for these shoes. I also think that the price was very reasonable and just cannot rate them enough! I still recommend them to my friends and I hope to buy more custom made shoes from them very soon! (P.S. It's good to know that whoever designed my shoes, also has great taste in tv shows ;))

Couldn’t ask for a more unbelievable experience. My fiancée and I went to Koko Art to customize a pair of shoes for a graduation and birthday gift. The end result well surpassed our expectations and it only took about 1 week to complete an entire pair of shoes. This is a great, personalized gift for your loved ones and we would 100% recommend.

Absolutely Fantastic!
I went into the Nottinghill branch of Koko Art and asked for a specific design on the shoes and the results were amazing! Personalised shoes in just two hours and they were beyond all expectations and a VERY reasonable price.
My friend who they were a present for was SO happy with them.
Thanks to the femail member of staff who painted them. I think her name was Francesca. Ultra talented and lovely!

Really disappointed with the service! I had to chase them up on a number of occasions to find out if the shoes were going to be delivered.
Paid for 2 pairs of shoes, one came boxed and well presented (just what I ordered) the other came in a standard box and were not the same as the picture advertised and lacked any finshing touches, even though they were the more expensive pair. Really disappointed as they are gifts.

Not worth your time & money!
I have placed an order on the 18 December and still waiting...
I ordered 4 pair of shoes and spent aprox £200 as well as paid for the most quick delivery as wanted to make sure it was reaching me for the 6th January (3 kings celebration) and got confirmed it would reach me on time. Well almost 3 months after… I'm still waiting.
1st excuse: ''your parcel is stuck due to brexit'' - How is this possible If I placed an order on the 18th dec and brexit happened on the 1st jan? EASY... It wasn't sent on time!
2nd excuse: ''Sorry no worries we will resent, and it will be without witin the next 6-8 days'' - Guess what? 15 days later... NOTHING my parcel hasn't reached me....
3rd excuse: ''Your parcel from DPD has been returned as they no longer ship to europe due to delays, we have resent and will be with you within the next 3-4 days'' - GUESS WHAT - NADAAAAA NOTHING!!!!
The customer service is horrible!
I've sent a couple of emails asking for my parcel and looks like it is now stuck in customs, thing that wouldn’t have happened if it would have been sent BEFORE BREXIT, which they failed to do but they are not taking the responsibility of this. I am now left with an unfair bill of 125€ to pay on top and got told that if I send the parcel back: 1. It is non-refundable (even after all the inconveniences they have caused and 2. If I want it then re-shipped it will be at my own expenses). The store who has been taking care of my order is: Koko Art 51 Pembridge Road
Seriously guys don't waste your time or money it isn't worth, shoes can be very pretty or even made of gold but the service is one of the worse I have ever experienced.
No compensation for this long wait, neither a suitable solution like I offered sending it from their spain shop... simply INACCEPTABLE! I DO NOT RECCOMEND
