The worst experience of my life!!!!! NEVER EVER GO THERE
I have to say I have bought many sneakers in my life and I have seen bad customer support, but by far the worst customer service I have ever seen. I bought a pair of sneakers of size 10 ,online in the shop, from this place and I asked for delivery. Delivery was late, They did not notify us when it is going to come. It never arrived. we went to the store for the sneakers and then they told us it is going to take 2 days AND WE HAVE TO COME AND GET IT. Then after we got the sneakers ,with a MASSIVE delay, they WERE DIFFERENT SIZES. one of them was size 9.5 and the other was size 10. It was absurd so I took it back to change it BUT THEY WOULDN'T TAKE IT BACK. we still had the receipt and everything but they still insisted that it is our fault and did not refund us.

I cannot recommend them less. Horrible experience and horrible customer service.

Walked in this shop this morning, one other customer, 3 staff, the young man looked like he was looking after the other customer. The 2 young ladies were all laughing with him ,looked at me ,ignored me for what seemed like ages, i felt awful so walked out without my trainers , would never go back, very bad customer service-maybe i was too old

Staff very rude , closing the store with 10-15 min earlier,when I’ve asked why they closed early they didn’t bother to answer! Never will go and buy from them ! No respect for regular customers!

Rude staff would not be allowed entry at 17:50 when the shop closing time is at 18:00, I get it you want to go home early but I was trying to grab a quick item. Was told rudely to leave. Sort your recruitment process out and teach your employees some manners, it doesn’t cost anything to be polite.

I had the best customer service ever today. Hamid helped me to spot all of the Jordans that they had in store and provide me with his knowledge about the sizes. He was very friendly and happy. I wish everyone can work like Hamid. I want to say a big thank you to him if he can see this. Keep up the good work. From Danny G.
