I must say that my experience shopping at this branch is always enjoyable.

Sharan is a credit it to the company, she is so polite and extremely helpful.

She helped me for almost half an hour to choose a pair of school shoes for my 9 year old son.

The service I received was extremely professional. I would not hesitate to recommend this shop to others.

Jade had the patience of a saint, helping my sister and I buy shoes for my mum with Alzheimer's. We highly recommend Clark's and in particular Jade... Please give her a pay rise...

The best place to get school shoes, although not the most reasonably priced they do last longer than supermarket shoes. The only thing I found frustrating is that in July most people are wearing sandals and they couldn’t let my daughter try on shoes without socks - which I understand. But no option to buy any socks, they didn’t have a box of those little tights things other shops have, and we only find this out once we’ve stood around waiting for 20 mins. Such a small thing, but when the children are desperate to leave and don’t want to wait this was really annoying. For reference a 6yo pair of basic shoes was £49.

Not much to tell really. Went in with my wife to collect a pair of shoes ordered online. Assistant seemed more preoccupied with dusting than serving. Shoes were actually advertised at a cheaper price in the shop but not offered to refund difference due to company policy.

A large shoe store called Clarks in main street in Maidstone Kent " Week Street " all the main shops are on this street. This is a pedestrian Street, and a very lively street at times .
This shoe store has top quality shoes , this week they are discounting shoes so well worth going there to get top quality shoes at less than half the price.
Very helpful staff and knowledgeable people work there. Thankyou for your help last week , much appreciated.
