What an amazing experience purchasing my Wedding shoes from Emmy. The customer service was excellent and my shoes have far surpassed my expectations. The website photos do not do them justice. They are simply beautiful beyond belief. They are a perfect fit too. I cannot wait for my Wedding Day and will post more photos then.

I have wide feet and used the bespoke service. The whole process was really easy and fuss free. Shoes were even posted to me to try on to see what size, type of heel etc. I love my wedding shoes and after the wedding got them dyed by the recommended supplier in the FAQ section on the website, I can now wear them again and again!

Emmy sent me sample shoes to try on in lockdown last year, and once the restrictions eased I visited the store and made the decision to buy a custom pair of wedding shoes. They are absolutely exquisite, and looked wonderful on the day.

She accommodated all my requests and I was very satisfied with the service I received. Also, my shoes arrived perfectly on time as promised without any delays. The shoes despite being high heels were so comfortable that really made my wedding day even more pleasant. Needless to say, that everyone loved my shoes. I just had a really negative experience while shopping for my wedding shoes. I have wide feet and just had a baby which made them even wider. Nothing fit me and the woman who was supposed to be helping me came up with no alternatives. I love shoes so had budgeted a lot to splurge for my special day, but I've decided spend that money on buying my guests more drinks instead! Definitely avoid this shop, not the service I expected from a luxury brand.
